After twenty-eight years of operating as an independent and private entity, Mark S. Dolar has agreed to become the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director for Nextraction Energy Corporation.
Mr Dolar’s career was launched as an independent landman in Billings, Montana in 1981. For fifteen years Mr. Dolar worked independently as a consultant for several clients with offices in Billings, Montana and Salt Lake City, Utah. Dolar Oil Properties, L.C. was formed by Mr. Dolar in 1996 for the purposes of developing internally generated oil and gas projects; as well as for the purpose of acquiring existing producing properties, and raising joint venture capital for development. The Company was renamed in 2000 to Dolar Energy, L.L.C. as the Company expanded into several energy related ventures. Dolar has been involved in the initial stages of development of the Rulison field in the Piceance Basin (Colorado); coalbed methane development of the Drunkards Wash (Utah) and Atlantic Rim (Wyoming) fields; conventional gas development of the Divide field (Utah); the non-conventional gas development of the Pinedale Anticline (Wyoming); and oil production of the Covenant field (Utah). Dolar has been involved in the discovery of over three trillion cubic feet of gas equivalent (3 TCGFE).
Nextraction Energy Corporation (NE- TSX-V) is a Canadian junior oil and gas company that specializes in the development of non-conventional resources in the energy sector. The Company was formed in November of 2008 with the acquisition of a lease position in the Pinedale Anticline area which it plans to develop. The Company is based in Vancouver, Canada.
